President's Report - Raylene Easton
President Raylene Easton welcomed members and acknowledged 2025 as a challenging year for both Richmond FC and Capital Tigers. Key points included:
- Game day attendance at Eastlakes was lower than previous years, though core supporters remained dedicated
- Unable to organize Sydney bus trip for GWS game - apologies to disappointed members
- Special recognition of treasurer Cherie Roe's 9 years of exceptional service
- Welcome to new committee members Ben Waller (website designer) and Jenni Shoring (secretary)
- Thanks to VP Tony Allocca and Liam Pickering (tipping competition coordinator)
- Richmond FC liaison change: Marcus Crocitti replaced by Cameron Cripps
- Personal health update and thanks for member support
- Optimism for future success remembering premierships in 2017, 2019, and 2020
Treasurer's Report - Cherie Roe
Treasurer Cherie Roe presented the 2025 financial report. Following the report, President Raylene Easton thanked Cherie for her amazing work as treasurer over the past 9 years, acknowledging her valuable contributions to the committee. Cherie reciprocated by thanking Raylene for stepping up as president and leading both the committee and wider Capital Tigers membership.
2026 Committee Elections
Returning Officer George Easton conducted the elections with all positions declared vacant:

Financial Contribution to Richmond FC
The committee discussed the annual contribution to Richmond FC. A motion was passed to contribute $500 while ensuring the club retains sufficient funds for early 2026 activities including a Bunnings BBQ fundraiser and potential bus trip deposit. The committee aims to increase contributions in 2026 with more active fundraising.
